I believe in order to have a healthy body you need a healthy mind. I have never been a big reader but recently started listening rather than reading. Listening to audiobooks while you are exercising, commuting to work or relaxing around the pool is some great way to exercise your mind. Here is a list of books that I recommend to help you achieve a healthy mind.
- The power of the subconscious mind –Joseph Murphy
- The 7 habits of highly effective people –Stephen R Covey
- Change your thinking change your life – Brian Tracy
- The power of now – Eckhart Tolie
- 80/20 Principle – Richard Koch
- Mindset tricks – Kevin Gise
- The Business of the 21st Century- Robert Kiyosaki
These are just a few books I highly recommend you to read more recommendations please message me.
I highly suggest that you take the time to educate yourself about the food you are putting in your body. It’s not just about what you’re eating, but also about where it comes from too. Here are lists of ones I recommend you spend time to watch to learn more about food culture. Most of them are available on Netflix.

This app has a scanner to make it easy to scan food and keep track of your calories. But this app does more then count calories it also keeps track of your daily nutritional requirements so it’s easy to know if you are getting the correct amount of fiber, sodium, proteins, carb, and vitamins etc.…
You can also do this with family or friends and help keep each other accountable to keeping to a healthy diet.
